If you don't intend to use Roomi again and would like to permanently delete your account, you can contact us to request that your account be deleted. Please note that you won't be able to reactivate your account after doing so.
Before you request your account be deleted, you may want to contact Roomi Support for assistance if you have any questions regarding your experience or any app features, as you may find an appropriate resolution there.
You can also deactivate your account instead and come back to Roomi at any time.
If you'd like your account permanently deleted, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com with the subject line: 'Delete my account.'
It's helpful for us to know the reason that you'd like to have your account deleted. Roomi Support may ask you to provide optional feedback in regards to the reason for the account deletion to help continually improve our service.
